As we approach the end of the year, John Maughan reflects on what’s been a busy and rewarding season for all of us at Shareridge. This time of year gives us the chance to come together as a team, visiting sites across the country to share important updates, check in with each other, and celebrate the great work happening every day.
Health & Safety First:
With Christmas just around the corner, it’s a time when we can all start to feel a bit festive, but it’s also a time to stay focused. A quick reminder to stop, pause, and think before you act can make all the difference. As the season wraps up, it’s so important that we look after ourselves and each other to ensure everyone gets home safely to enjoy the holidays.
Acknowledging Great Work Together:
The effort and dedication across the board this year has been incredible. It’s not often we get the opportunity to connect in person, so it’s been brilliant to visit sites like those in Tipperary this week to say thanks directly. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved as a team this year, and we’ll continue visiting sites over the coming weeks to acknowledge and celebrate the work happening nationwide.
