Shareridge is delighted to welcome Carragh Kennedy to our team as part of the ATU Civil Engineering Apprenticeship Programme. Carragh has recently joined us through this innovative initiative that aims to address the growing need for civil engineers in Ireland. As an apprentice, Carragh will be involved in exciting and impactful projects that align with Ireland’s commitments to Project Ireland 2040, Housing for All, and the Climate Action Plan.
Through the apprenticeship, Carragh will benefit from a hands-on learning experience, while also receiving a formal education. This model combines practical work with online learning, and on-campus training sessions, ensuring that apprentices like Carragh are well-prepared for future leadership roles within the civil engineering industry.
We are proud to support Carragh in her journey to becoming a skilled civil engineer, helping to create infrastructure that will improve and sustain our communities.
